Kadeeja Sahla began her journey by participating in a free website development workshop conducted by Talrop Foundation at Kasaragod Techies Park. Through this initial exposure, she discovered how technology can be applied to real-world problems and entrepreneurial ideas.

Inspired by this experience, she continued to explore and engage with the ecosystem, developing both her technical understanding and business perspective.

Today, Kadeeja serves as the COO of The Broker Academy, marking her transformation from a workshop participant to a leadership role in a growing organization.
